As a primary care physician, my focus is on preventative health and getting to the root of health issues to create a thorough assessment and tailored treatment plans. I understand the significant impact that proper nutrition and exercise habits have on cultivating a healthy lifestyle. I am dedicated to educating patients about nutrition options and exercise strategies that can help them achieve their health and wellness goals, often exploring alternatives beyond traditional medicine.

I possess a deep understanding of the hormonal changes that come with aging and how to evaluate and enhance hormonal balance in all patients to improve their quality of life, body composition, and overall wellness.

With 14 years of experience as a primary care physician, I graduated from the College of Medicine at UAMS in 2007. I completed my residency training at AHEC Pine Bluff from 2007 to 2010, finishing my final year as a co-chief resident in the program. After residency, I joined a primary care clinic in Morrilton, Arkansas, where I also worked twice a week in the emergency room at St. Vincent Morrilton, managing patient admissions for those requiring hospital care.

Additionally, I provided care for patients in several local skilled nursing facilities in Morrilton from July 2010 to November 2014 before taking on a role as a hospitalist physician at Conway Regional Medical Center from November 2014 to October 2021.

Establishing my own family, hormone, and weight loss therapy practice has been one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. I take great pleasure in helping individuals regain control of their health! I endorse a holistic approach that prioritizes the body and mind before medications, while also being open to prescribing pharmaceuticals as needed to address health concerns.
